How will coaching benefit our agency? How many times have you wished that you could refer your client to a parenting class? Most agencies, attorney’s, counselors, and court professionals understand the need for services that augment their role in a client’s case. Unfortunately, the non-profit community has been unable to keep up with the demand for those services in a way that is consistent. Parent Coaching provides regularly scheduled reliable service in a systematic and effective manner.

I am concerned about confidentiality for my client. This is a high profile case. The parent coaches at the Warren Coalition are held to the highest degree of confidentiality. We do not require, nor request information from you concerning your client in order to serve them. Our data collection is general information only that will be used to formulate the best possible service for your client.

I run an upscale counseling service. I have several clientele that would benefit from coaching, but my concern is sending them “out” for services.  It is important that the service be consistent with our own style and the mix of clients if it is to be beneficial to our agency. Is there an option that will allow me more control over class content, attendance, and location? Yes! Host a workshop or a series of workshops. Our coaches travel to a location of your choosing and help you to choose in advance the material that will best meet the needs of your clientele. Clientele attend at your invitation only. For this to be beneficial to my agency or client I need to know what material you are covering. Can this be arranged? Clients that are referred for mandatory services are required to sign a release of information. This allows our coaches to report to the agency that is responsible for payment. Weekly reports contain general information as to attendance, content of class, and general attitude of client.

Do my clients receive proof of completion? Yes, each client satisfactorily completing either a workshop or a six-week class receive certificates listing the amount of hours they have completed.

What key components does coaching offer and is it affordable to my client?  Good questions! The Warren Coalition’s Parent Coaching offers multiple class times, a psycho educational format for instruction, curriculum that is tailored to the clientele, individualized assignments to augment class instruction, weekly reports to agencies, and after class follow-up with clients. That is quite a package for only $300 for a six-week class (per student) Some agencies have tapped into available funds managed by the community in order to finance service for their clientele. Other organizations might pay for our services directly and bill their clients through their own agencies to manage the cost.
